The lesson will be conducted at Jericho Youth Centre on Fridays from 4 pm to 5.30.

Students in this guitar lesson will be able to learn basic gutiar knowledge ,
strumming and chords structure. After 2 months of lessons,students will be able to
play basic guitar and be able to read guitar chords and tabs.Furthermore, the
students will be able to have a chance to learn different genre of musics like jazz,
pop ,blues and country.This will be taught in a fun and yet enjoyable way.Useful
worksheets and notes will also be given to all students so they will be able to
learn more.
Over the 1 to 2 months period, students are able to choose songs which they like and
will be taught to them, this would allow students to be able to play and sing along
to their favourite songs while learning.
First Month
Lesson 1-2 : Introduction of the guitar and how to play a guitar properly.In
addition, students will be taught on how to read guitar chords and
tabs.
Lesson 3-4 : Learning how to tune a guitar through a tuner.Furthermore, being able
to play basic minor and major chords.
Second Month
Lesson 1-2 : Students will be taught on how to strum according to drum beats plus
knowing how to do manual tuning.
Lesson 3-4 : Mastering to play basic chords and basic strumming, reading of tabs
and chords and lastly, knowing how to tune a guitar with and without a
tuner.
